Metric Design was founded in 2009 by Martin Bradley, an architecturally trained designer and developer.

Martin has been designing, developing and letting property in the Yorkshire region since 2002.

He is an associate member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and an accredited practitioner of the APMG Prince2 Project Management methodology.
